What MeTravel is

MeTravel is operated by Spark Stars Trading and Services Joint Stock Company. It is a planning aid for independent travel. It provides cost estimates, suggested itineraries, transport guidance and entry-procedure information for your reference. MeTravel is not a travel agency, does not sell tickets or rooms, does not represent any government body, and does not provide legal or visa advice.

Personal data

MeTravel is designed not to collect personal data. Specifically:

  • No account is required. We do not collect your name, passport number, email or phone number.
  • Name, passport number, flight numbers and accommodation on the printable page are typed by you in your browser. They are never sent to the server and are not stored anywhere.
  • Destination, number of days, budget and departure date are used for calculation during your session, held briefly in server memory and then discarded.
  • The server records IP addresses solely to limit daily usage, for no other purpose.
  • MeTravel uses no tracking cookies, no advertising tags, and shares no data with third parties for marketing.

AI processing

Itineraries are arranged by a language model from Anthropic. What is sent to that provider is limited to destination, duration, budget, season and MeTravel's own travel data. No personal information is transmitted.

  • Unlabelled entries come from MeTravel's own verified data.
  • Entries marked "suggested" are AI proposals based on general knowledge and are not verified.
  • AI can produce inaccurate information. Verify before relying on it.

Prices and costs

All figures are reference estimates, not booking prices. MeTravel does not store flight or room prices because they change daily. Attraction and public-transport fares are updated periodically and shown with their update date so you can judge reliability. Check live prices on a booking site before deciding.

Limitation of liability

You use MeTravel understanding that it is reference information and that verification is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Spark Stars is not liable for loss arising from:

  • Entry procedures, document requirements or local regulations that have changed since our last update.
  • Differences between estimated and actual trip costs.
  • Visa applications being refused, or entry being denied.
  • Natural disasters, epidemics, security incidents or any event beyond control. MeTravel does not predict such events.
  • Content on external sites we link to.

The printable itinerary

The printable sheet is a planned itinerary you prepared yourself. It is not a document issued by any authority and carries no legal weight on its own. Consular requirements differ and change. Check the current requirements on the receiving authority's official site.

Changes to these terms

MeTravel may update these terms as features or regulations change. The latest update date is shown at the top.

These terms were drafted for a trial phase and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before commercial operation, have a lawyer check them, particularly the personal data and liability sections.
