If you book a Grab, after collecting your luggage:
- Terminal 1 (Domestic): Head to the third lane. Take a photo of your current location (along with a brief description) and your luggage, then raise your hand to signal; the driver will spot you and pick you up in the third lane.
- Terminal 2 (International): Exit the terminal, turn left, and head toward the parking area. Take a photo of your luggage and raise your hand to signal.
The airport is often crowded, especially during peak hours, which may require drivers to park in the designated parking area rather than picking up passengers directly in front of the terminal exit.
