Most markets run from mid-November to 23 or 26 December, and a few continue into early January. Many close early on 24 December.

Rathausplatz (Christkindlmarkt): 13 Nov – 26 Dec, 10:00–22:00 (24 Dec: 10:00–18:30).
Schönbrunn Palace: 6 Nov – 6 Jan, 10:00–21:00 (24 Dec: 10:00–16:00; 25 Dec – 6 Jan: 10:00–19:00).
Stephansplatz: 6 Nov – 26 Dec, 11:00–21:00 (24 Dec: 11:00–16:00; 25–26 Dec: 11:00–19:00).
Spittelberg: 13 Nov – 23 Dec, Mon–Fri 14:00–21:30, weekends and holidays 11:00–21:30. Freyung: 14 Nov – 23 Dec, 10:00–21:00. Am Hof: 13 Nov – 23 Dec, Mon–Thu 11:00–21:00, Fri–Sun and holidays 10:00–21:00 (food stalls until 22:00). Art Advent Karlsplatz: 13 Nov – 23 Dec, 12:00–20:00 (food until 21:00).
