First take the MRT to HarbourFront (purple NE line or yellow CC line) and walk into VivoCity mall. From there you have four options:
- Walk the Sentosa Boardwalk: free, about 10–15 minutes, covered with travelators; entrance on VivoCity Level 1. The cheapest way.
- Sentosa Express monorail: board at VivoCity Level 3; a S$4 island entry fee (pay with EZ-Link or a contactless bank card), with free rides between stations on the island. The fastest way, running about 7:00 until midnight.
- Sentosa Cable Car: from Mount Faber or HarbourFront Tower 2; pricier (adult return from about S$35) but scenic.
- Taxi or Grab: drops you at your hotel or attraction; vehicles entering the island may pay a gantry entry fee.
On the island, free buses and the monorail link the beaches, Universal Studios and S.E.A. Aquarium.
