The Airport MRT is the easiest option: the Express train reaches Taipei Main Station in about 35–40 minutes.
- Take the Express (purple), not the Commuter train that stops at every station.
- Buy an EasyCard at the airport; it works on trains, buses and in convenience stores.
- Airport buses are cheaper and useful if you land late after the trains stop.
- Taxis: convenient for groups but noticeably more expensive.
